Walking into Vinpearl Landmark 81 was like stepping into a world of elegance and sophistication. The grandeur of the building mesmerized me, with its modern architecture and meticulous design in every detail. As a senior woman, I appreciated how easily accessible the hotel was, with ramps and elevators conveniently placed throughout the property. It made navigating around the hotel a breeze and ensured a comfortable stay for me.

While my overall experience at the hotel was exceptional, if I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be regarding the attentiveness of the staff. Although the children working there were always friendly, I felt that their service lacked the attention to detail that is expected at a luxury hotel.

We have stayed in this incredibly beautiful hotel for 2 nights, everything was first-class, the location was unique in the next fiture New year event mentioned above. The staff was helpful, provided good services and helped with free parking. Location: the venue was right by the shopping mall. We dined out at Hoang Tam, set just walking distance from the hotel.

For the price, we got exceptional value with a luxurious and spacious room on the 54th floor, offering breathtaking views. The staff was friendly, attentive, and even surprised us with complimentary baked goods in the evening. The location was great, with a beautiful riverside park and a shopping complex nearby.

The food for breakfast could be improved.

The sauna, outdoor swimming pool and full body massage were particular highlights. The restaurant offers an outstanding buffet breakfast and exquisite special diet menus. The private facilities were amazing, and the location advantages were great.

Only one minor issue marred my overall experience at the hotel - the gadgetry around light switches was frustrating, and the bathroom light would not turn off. Although maintenance did come and fix it, this took some time and detracted from the otherwise seamless luxury experience.

The suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom, living room, and office. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the view from the Club Room Twin Bed to be a bit too hectic for my liking.
